FREE UK DELIVERY – When you spend over £75
UK Delivery is charged at a rate of £4.95 and covers UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Standard free delivery has a 3 to 5 working days estimated delivery time. Orders are sent via courier, Royal Mail Recorded or UPS or Yodel. This provides a trackable service, please note that all parcels require a signature upon arrival.

The Equine Shop intend to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment being received via tracked delivery. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. Orders are not despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or English public holidays.
Please note: Our website stock is not live therefore delivery may be extended, which you will be informed of as soon as possible after placing your order.
If you’re not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in new condition within 28 days of receipt and we will either exchange the item or refund you.
Make sure they are: Unsoiled, Undamaged and Unused. To enable the returns procedure to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible could you please: Include a covering letter with all contact details and any order reference numbers. Re-package the goods, preferably in the packaging materials originally used. Please note that when returning parcels you must pay for the return postage at your Post Office Counter, ensuring you receive a receipt for the postage paid, along with a certificate of posting. Please note the buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Note: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product or that it should become damaged, we recommend that you cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection, following the procedure above. Please note that damaged and soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund can be authorised. If goods were originally paid for by Credit/Debit Card or paypal a refund will be made directly to the card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
