This pages tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.theequineshop.co.uk. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our Website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Online Orders

FREE UK DELIVERY – When you spend over £75

UK Delivery is charged at a rate of £4.95 and covers UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Standard free delivery has a 3 to 5 working days estimated delivery time. Orders are sent via courier, Royal Mail Recorded or UPS or Yodel. This provides a trackable service, please note that all parcels require a signature upon arrival.

For orders outside of the UK please email info@theequineshop.co.uk to arrange should your location not appear on the shipping options.

The Equine Shop intend to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment being received via tracked delivery. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. Orders are not despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or English public holidays.

Please note: Our website stock is not live therefore delivery may be extended, which you will be informed of as soon as possible after placing your order.


Please note: During busy periods at The Equine Shop Limited for example Sale time, delivery may be extended, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order. We will try to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can but please bear with us during this time.

We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable.
Availability & Prices

We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any article in the sale or alter a sale price without notice. Certain products will be limited to purchase quantity, particularly in sale period. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative.

Prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable. We reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.


A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 28 days, for any reason.

Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the items back.

Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don’t forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Quality of your Goods

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods or think an item may have a fault please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods via email: info@theequineshop.co.uk

Goods must be clean before we will inspect them. If an item is being returned due to it being faulty – The Equine Shop Limited will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item – up to the value of £5.00. Please be aware of this when returning items.

*Christmas Returns – Items bought as Christmas gifts can be returned within 14 days after Christmas (25th December)
